Our goal with this is to make the most amazing team of encouraging, passionate people that meet weekly and chat with Meggie and the Peppi Team to help us grow the Peppi Fam! (and get paid in the process!! 🥳)

No, we want to be very clear that Peppi Pros will now and always be far far far from being an MLM. In an MLM setup, your goal is to refer people to ALSO be a part of the MLM, and you get a commission off of what THEY do.

This is not that at all.

Peppi Pros is a way for individuals to make a commission off of their passion for Peppi Gel and DIY Manis with other people who haven’t tried it before! You will never be asked to recruit Peppi Pros or make a commission off of anyone's sales but your own.

You just introduce the Peppi Gel brand that we know and love to people who haven’t tried it out yet!

This being said, the experience of our website, social media platforms, and facebook group will not change. Self-promotion will not be allowed on our channels or in our Facebook group, and it will be each Peppi Pros job to create their own (or continue to use existing) platforms that reach out to future family members! Our mission is to grow the Peppi Family but your experience with us will not change!

Put simply - Peppi Pros’ only goal is to help us get Starter Kits in new hands each month!

You get a direct deposit payment each month based on how many Starter Kits are bought with your Peppi Pro Code! We then have payout tiers based on how many you sold each month! (with some sweet prizes and more at each tier!)

1. You’ll get weekly calls with Meggie to chat about what’s working, and what’s not, and for any tips, tricks, and questions that can help you be an even better Peppi Pro each week!

2. Access to a Private Facebook Group with other Peppi Pros! We want this to be a team environment, so we can chat strategies, encourage each other, talk about what’s going on with Peppi Gel in general, and more!

3. You’ll also get your own personal discount code so that you can order products to demonstrate, sample, and show off to folks that you’re selling to!

4. Extra goodies, early sneak peeks at collections, and more! You’re now a part of the Peppi Team!

We want this to be very inclusive - so there’s no heavy requirements!

The three main rules are:
1. Sell just 1 Starter Kit within a 2-month timeframe.
2. No advertising your code on Peppi Gel posts, ads, etc.
3. Be respectful to the Peppi Team, your fellow Peppi Pros, and the Peppi Gel Brand that we all know and love!
4. Positivity is one of the most important pillars of our company’s foundation, and when you accept the role of Peppi Pro, you are also accepting the responsibility of bringing Positivity, Kindness, and Integrity with you when you are working as a Pro. That being said, if any Pro is not willing to uphold our core values, they will be removed from the team at our discretion, no if’s and’s or but’s.

If you prefer not to use social media, and would rather talk to people face-to-face, we’ll even help with that, too!

1. Refer-a-friend is an awesome way to get more Peppi Points, Products, and Perks, but Peppi Pros is almost like taking on a “role” to help us grow the Peppi Fam in a fun, impactful way!

PLUS - the biggest difference of all: we are paying Peppi Pros a dollar amount each month based off your sales rather than a product or discount code like refer-a-friend.

2. If you don’t want to be a Peppi Pro, and just want to keep participating in Refer-A-Friend, that program is not going anywhere and is not being removed or replaced!

Unlike other brands and affiliate programs, you don't have to buy a ton of inventory to sell.

All that you have to do is refer someone to make a purchase using your Peppi Pros discount code - we handle all shipping and customer service for each purchase they make!

You only get commission when someone purchases a Starter Kit with Peppi Gel for the first time ever. If someone has already made a Peppi Purchase before, you will not receive commission for their order.

Unfortunately if someone does not use your Peppi Pro discount code or link, we cannot reverse or adjust their order to give you credit.

You will not receive commission for any orders that are cancelled.
